Stages and Salaries:
📚 Training (work from home with your own computer):
💰 Salary: $1,927,620 COP
🎯 Mentoring (induction) – adaptation and onboarding stage:
💰 Salary: $2,409,524 COP
💼 Operations (OPS) – with all work tools provided by the company:
⏱️ 42h per week → $2,530,000 COP
⏱️ 40h per week → $2,409,524 COP
⏱️ 36h per week → $2,168,572 COP
🕐 Work shifts are scheduled within the time frame of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
